Icewines, Niagara embraces the cold as it produces

some delightfully sweet vintages.

Founder, Dr. Joseph Pohorly, was a pioneer of Icewine

in the 1980’s and the winemaking team continues to

produce multi-award winning Icewines. Joseph’s Estate

Wines retail boutique sells Icewines from as early as the

1998 vintage. This particular vintage won “Best of Class –

American Airlines Trophy” at the 2001 Indiana State Fair,

an honour in the Niagara wine industry.
